Important Information
Below you will find an outline of my services along with my fees. Travel is my passion and I would love to help you book your next trip.
What's Needed to Start Booking – Before I can start booking your dream vacation, I do need a few things from you. If you are traveling domestically, I will need to see a copy of your ID, with the legal spelling of your name and birthdate. I will also need your current address and contact information. If you are traveling internationally, I will need everything listed above, along with a copy of your passport. You will need to have a valid passport, before I can start booking your international trip. Please also note, if you are traveling to a place which requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID, I will also ask to see proof of that.
Booking Fees–If you would like me to build a custom trip for you (i.e. book separate hotels, different activities/tours, a rental car, etc.), I charge a $75 fee up front, since these kinds of trips take more time and effort on my end. Other fees may apply depending on the type of trip you end up booking, but I will go over all of them with you, so there are no surprises.
Customer Forms – Yay, you are finally booked. There is one more thing needed before you can depart on your dream vacation. I will ask all of my clients to sign a customer notice for each trip they book. This protects both you, the traveler and me, your agent. I will go through the form with you (if you wish) and answer any questions you may have, before you sign.
KG Travel
Please note, when booking Disney, I need to book through a different agency name; KG Travel, as they do not allow me to use any name with the word "Mouse", while booking through them. This is still me and 100% part of my agency, I am just booking under a different name.
